I graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and an ESL endorsement. This will be my fourth year teaching. I Have taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. I also have experience as an ESL teacher for students in both the Czech Republic and Costa Rica.

Originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin, I grew up near the beach and love spending time by Lake Michigan. Outside of school, you can find me reading, dancing, traveling, or playing with my sheepadoodle, Winston!

I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s in History and earned my Master’s from National Louis University. Now in my 8th year at Hamilton and 15th year teaching overall, I have taught nearly every grade from K–8! My own third-grade teacher inspired my curiosity and drive for growth, and my dream is to pass that exact same spark on to my students.

When I’m not at Hamilton, I enjoy exploring the city and its amazing parks with my husband and daughter, Nori (a 3rd grader right here at Hamilton!). You can also find me watching hockey, listening to audiobooks, traveling to visit family, or working on my bucket list to visit every National Park!
