Hamilton Athletics Interest Form 2026-27

Hello Hamilton families!  To inform our year-long planning for athletics, we're asking families to indicate which sports they might be interested in for the entire year.  This will allow us to recruit coaches and plan space and time for practices and games.  Filling out this form is just an indication of interest - it is not a commitment (we will still send out our seasonal sports registration forms).
