Hamilton Neighborhood Inquiry Form

We're excited to welcome new families to our school community! All families living WITHIN the Hamilton boundary must first sign up using the inquiry form below. Our school clerk will then reach out with next steps.  After completing the inquiry form check out our New Families Registration Packet to begin filling out forms and gathering the necessary documents.
