Hamilton Spring Sports Interest Form 5th-8th

Please fill out this form if your child is interested in playing spring sports (if you have multiple interested children please fill out a form for each).   Coaches will communicate schedules to their teams.  

All athletes will be expected to pay the $70 athletic fee.  Hamilton will provide uniform shorts and jerseys.

Please fill out the bottom of the form if you are interested in coaching.

Important Details:

• Form Submission Deadline: Friday, March 6th

• Track Coach: Jaimee Shearn and Jo Wahler (Would love volunteers to help)

• 5th/6th and 7th/8th Girls Flag Football Coach(We Got Game: games during week): We are still looking for coaches, depending on interest

• 5th/6th and 7th/8th Co-Ed Flag Football Coach(CPS Score): Deshon Conley

• 5th/6th Boys Volleyball Coach(We Got Game): Looking for a coach

• 7th/8th Boys Volleyball Coach(We Got Game): Susie Hauser

• 5th/6th and 7th/8th Girls Soccer Coach: We are still looking for coaches, depending on interest

• Soccer, Volleyball and Flag Football: Start dates are to be determined
